Mr.Bhadana has extensive experience in a range of practice areas including Intellectual Property, Foreign Investment, Mergers and Acquisitions and in representing international and domestic clients from diverse industries on issues relating to strategy, brand adoption, prosecution and registration of trademarks; adversarial opposition and cancellation matters before the Intellectual Property Offices and litigation in courts of India. His expertise also includes handling commercial transactions driven by exploitation of intellectual property, licensing arrangements and other alliances involving trademarks, copyright and information technology.
